On : 19.7 version, Siebel EAI

When attempting to invoke an outbound REST service after having the system idle for a few hours
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Leave the Siebel server running overnight, idle.
2. Log back in and trigger the outbound REST call.
3. Restart SES application container to recover from this outbound REST failure .
