Siebel scheduler Report fails - ProcessingException: [ReportProcessor]Error rendering document (Doc ID 2591722.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11.1 [IP2013] version, Reports

When attempting to schedule a siebel report the report is not created and
the following error is generated:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Schedule a Report from Siebel and verify the Job Id
2. Navigate to BI Publisher Reports > Scheduled Reports
3. Select the Job where the status is “Problem”
4. Click on the icon in the “Status” column and the error above is displayed
