On Siebel CRM 19.7 version, when attempting to run upgphys it fails with the following error:

srvrupgwiz.log

The following was done:

1. setup siebel.cfg and .odbc.ini according to the Doc ID 2575729.1

2. Run upgrep, IRM, fullpublish

3. Run upgphys - it fails on the mentioned step
