Inbound Web Service On Specific Workspace Fails With: SBL-EAI-04313: There is no active Web Service (Doc ID 2593195.1)

Symptoms

On : 19.7 version, Siebel EAI

When attempting to test an inbound web service configuration of a specific workspace by setting the component parameter Workspace Branch Name
the following error occurs.

ERROR

SBL-EAI-04313: There is no active Web Service with operation named


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.set Workspace Branch Name for a cloned component of EAI and restart
2. use SOAPUI to invoke the web service in the original EAI component (with the latest workspace) and confirm it works.
3. change the URL to reference the cloned workspace, all the rest is the same. notice it fails .
