Object Manager Crash when Sort Order Invoked with Callstack CSSTPOPUP<CSSSWEFRAME>::GETPOPUPCONTEXT (Doc ID 2595842.1)

Symptoms

The Application Object Manager crashes with following Signature CSSTPOPUP<CSSSWEFRAME>::GETPOPUPCONTEXT when the user invokes Sort Operation and moves to another screen.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Login into the Public Sector Application.
  2. Navigate to the Cases screen(HLS Cases Screen).
  3. In the view menu navigate to Cases By Status (PUB Case Screen Homepage Analytics View)
  4. Select the Cases By Status applet (you should see the blue border around it showing it's selected)



  5. Click the Site Map Icon
  6. When the Sitemap is displayed, invoke the Sort Order using the Tools menu option Advanced Sort or keyboard shortcut CRTL+SHIFT+O.
    You will get an error: "Sorting operations are not available (SBL-DAT-00315)"
    Dismiss the error dialog
  7. Navigate to the Contact Screen or another screen and the application crashes with the error message:
