Radio Button With Value as 'None' is not Getting Saved (Doc ID 2596105.1)

Symptoms

When "None" value is selected in a Radio button then value gets blanked out while saving the record.


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create a workspace
2. Open the Workspace
3. Query for the applet Service Request Detail Applet
4. Query for the Control Priority
5. Change the HTML Type to RadioButton
6. Remove the Pick Applet "SR Priority Pick Applet"
7. Change the Display Value and LIC for 2 LOV's

LOV Type: SR_PRIORITY
Display Value:None
LIC:None

Record2
LOV Type: SR_PRIORITY
Display Value: None
LIC: None

Note:: Please note that for the second None value there is a space in the first character. Total 5 characters.

8. Deliver or Inspect the workpsace.
9. Login to application
10. Navigate to Service Request List View
11. Go to Detail applet and select None value for Priority field and save.
12. Value gets blanked out.
