Getting SBL-DAT-60241 Error When Creating Multiple Transactions Using TBUI (Doc ID 2596149.1)

Symptoms

On : 15.4 [IP2015] version, Task Based UI

Error occurred while trying to create and Process two Transactions in Task view.


ERROR
-----------------------
[1]An error has occurred committing the record 2-XXXXXXXX of business component 'LOY Transaction'. The user key of the record is

 Transaction Number = "2-XXXXXX"

 Primary Organization Id = "No Match Row Id"

 S_LOY_TXN_X.Conflict Id = ""

 (SBL-DAT-60241)

[2]Field '<?>' does not exist in definition for business component '<?>'.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Configure task with below step and test it
1. Start, Create Transaction Step
2. Create Challenge Step
3. Create redemption transaction with the Challenge Using Business Service Step
