Issues With Product Configuration With Siebel Constraint Engine In Siebel 19.7 (Doc ID 2596456.1)

Symptoms

Enabled " Siebel Constraint engine" by installing "Enterprise Cache" and "Siebel Constraint Engine" using the Siebel Enterprise Server installer,and when trying to validate any product, product configurator errors out with belwo error:


[1]Fehler beim Aufrufen von Dienst 'Cfg Web UI Service Loader', Methode 'LoadCfgUIService' bei Schritt 'Go to UI'(SBL-BPR-00162)
[2]Host-Name für Gateway Server nicht gefunden(SBL-SVR-04006)



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable " Siebel Constraint engine" by installing "Enterprise Cache" and "Siebel Constraint Engine" using the Siebel Enterprise Server
2. Go to Administration - Product --> Product Definition
3. Query for any customizable product and validate
