Symptoms
When doing 'Advanced Search' directly without selecting entity, Search results values are either missing or misaligned.
Problems occur with the following steps:
1. In Search toolbar, do not select any entity
2. Simply type "*TEST* in Accounts"
3. Expand the search results using 'Expand/Collapse' icon in results pane
4. We could see search results missing or only partial results being rendered
