Skill based assignment is not considered when using "Compare Object to Person" criteria for the assignment rule

STEPS

1. Define the 'Assignment Attribute' in siebel tools

2. In the Object Explorer, navigate to the 'Assignment Criteria' Object and define the assignment criteria

3. Navigate to 'Assignment Criteria Attribute' and define the Assignment Criteria Attribute

4. Launch Application and navigate to Administration - Assignment

5. Create assignment rule and assignment criteria with compare object to person based on the assignment criteria created in the above steps

6. Release the rules
