ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Siebel Thick Client does not launch when using Firefox
STEPS
---------
1. create a shortcut to siebel thick client using firefox by specifying /b "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" in the shortcut
2. Launch the siebel dedicated client.
ERROR
--------
The siebel.exe process starts up but then terminates and the browser just displays the "Unable to connect" screen.
