After upgraded Siebel Environment from IP 15 to Siebel 19.8, a blank page is received when logging into the Siebel eMedia application. The following errors were found from the Application Object Manager Log file:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade from IP 15 to 19.8.
2. Log into Siebel eMedia application.
3. Blank page shows up.
