How To Setup "Lock Pages In Memory" Setting for Siebel Service Account Owner In Windows? (Doc ID 2598723.1)

Goal

There are a lot of security settings that can be added Siebel service account that starts the Siebel server. One of the settings is "Lock Pages in Memory" which needs to be setup for the Siebel service owner account.

Can you provide more information on why this right is needed for the Siebel service account as this has been mentioned in Siebel Hardening Guide?
