Siebel EAI log files frequently show error message "SBL-SMI-00126: The session has timed out".

The behaviour occurs as follows:

1. Start Siebel server services, the EAI OM component is online.

2. Send inbound transactions for the EAI OM component.

3. EAI tasks do run but eventually encounter the reported error.
