Error Invalid Encoding of Property Observed After Call to Business Service Using URL Link (Doc ID 2600220.1)

Symptoms

The following Error is observed after call to Business Service via URL link.

4. Deliver the changes.

5. In Callcenter Application, create two service requests.

6. Get the ROW_ID for one of the service requests by using About Record option:
    e.g.: 1-1P2D

7. Navigate to Accounts.

8. Use the below SWE command in the same browser to navigate to navigate to the Service Request record:
https://host/siebel/app/callcenter/enu?SWECmd=InvokeMethod&SWEMethod=Test&SWEService=MyBusinessService&ViewName=Personal+Service+Request+List+View&BusObject=Service+Request&BusComp=Service+Request&Id=1-1P2D&SWERF=1


9. Nothing happens after providing the SWE command. This is expected as GotoView is commented out.

10. Navigate from Accounts to Home screen.

11. Above error is observed in the UI.
