Issue In Importing List In Marketing Module (Doc ID 2602235.1)

Symptoms

On : 19.2 version, Siebel Marketing

Job Import is not completing and seems to hang there in the "Read Staging" step

This can be reproduced as below:

  1. From Administration - Marketing > Import, create a list import job
  2. Associate a 3,000 Contact records in a text file
  3. Use:
    Import Mode: Import New Records
    Match Resolution Guideline: Overwrite Existing Records
  4. Map data accordingly (e.g Last Name/First Name)
  5. Activate it

  6. From Job Status, it hangs there as seen below:
