Symptoms
When trying to activate the workflows under RR environments( like UAT, Production etc.) after Full and Incremental migration, it throws the error:
The following steps were undertaken by Technical Support taken to reproduce the issue on the in-house test environment:
1. In Siebel Tools:
a. Change the PickList(FOW SRF Business Object) on Business Component Field from "SRF Business Object" to "Repository Business Object" and remove the Search Spec: [Has Primary BusComp] = 'Y' .
b. Add a Comment to any Workflow. For example Workflow(ABO Bulk Request -Validate Process)
c. Deliver into MAIN.
2. In Migration App:
a. Execute an Incremental Migration to migrate the changed from DR to RR environments.
3. In RR Environment:
a. Check the EAI log file from Incremental Migration and the following error message above was captured.
