IP17/18/19::Server Busy Error After New Siebel Server Deployment To Existing Enterprise Followed By Enterprise Restart (Doc ID 2604004.1)

Symptoms

On : 18.8 version, Installation

After adding 2 servers to the 8 servers environments and having restart the Siebel enterprise,  customer is facing server busy error in all object managers running in all servers.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Two new servers were added to the Existing Enterprise of 8 servers, now 10 siebel servers
2. The whole enterprise was stopped and started
3. Server busy is being sent to any attempt to log in an object manager
