Issue Desc: Duplicate application toolbar icons are visible on the UI in both IP15.6 to IP19.7.
Duplicate application toolbar icons are visible on the UI
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to the application with single sign on enabled.
2 Check for tool bar having any tool bar icons
3. Close the application abruptly by clicking on the 'close button' X.
4. Login to the application with same credentials and check for the application tool bar with duplicate icons
5. You can see the duplicate icons appearing on the tool bar
