Silent Install doesn't work for EAI Connector in Siebel 19.8

Able to install Enterprise, AI with response files. But getting null pointer exception for EAIConnector install.
Manual installation is working fine.
Need to automate this process for upgrade.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to install EAI using silent installation method.
2. Starting Oracle Universal Installer...
