LOV_EIM.exe Fails At The ddlimp Step When The "-w N" Is Not Provided At The LOV_EIM.exe Command (Doc ID 2605896.1)

When running the 19.9 patchset LOV_EIM.utility with the correct input arguments and values:

D:\Siebel\18\Tools_1\BIN>lov_eim -s "D:\Siebel\18\Tools_1" -t SIEBEL -u SIEBEL -p xxx -o BIT00_UC_SBL_DSN -e ServerDataSrc -d Oracle -y SADMIN -z xxx -b SIEBEL_DATA -x SIEBEL_INDX -g SSE_ROLE -f

However, later on in the ddlimp utility that is called, it fails with an error that the -S argument is not valid.
