Picklist Fields Value Selected Without Clicking The Value When Firefox 69.0.2 Is Used (Doc ID 2606672.1)

Symptoms

When opening a picklist, the value of the top record is being populated with no input from the user
You should have to select the value of the picklist to populate the record

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a list applet
2. Select the picklist
3. click outside the picklist, the top value in the picklist is selected.
