Information in this document applies to any platform.
Fresh installed Siebel 15.18 on Oracle OCI , but Siebel Server does not come up, components exit with different errors.
Going to eCommunications Object manager (OM) url, the login page gives "Server is busy" errors.
The following errors is seen in the OM when attempting to login:
