Loyalty Redemption Transaction Is Not Created For Checked Out Product For Loyalty Member Portal In 19 (Doc ID 2608761.1)

Symptoms

On :  18.12 version, Loyalty


Unable to proceed redemption from loyalty Member portal
When Member logs in to Loyalty Member Portal further Checkout Products which are visible from Portal for Redemption. Further Order is created but Redemption Transaction is not created and Points are not deducted for logged in Loyalty Member Portal user

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Loyalty member Portal application 
2. Go to Quick link>>Buy/Redeem Products
3. Go to Catalog>>Category>>SC Product
4. Added Product and done checkout and given purchase order as 72416
5. Placed Order and Order got created 1-ABCDE
6. But Redemption transaction is not created and points are not deducted for Loyalty Member
