When attempting to make Siebel BI Publisher work with SSO/LDAP after cloning the standard EAI Object Manager, reports fail and the following error occurs.

STEPS TO REPRO
-----------------------
1. Setup and run Siebel IP2017 or later and BIPublisher 12c with LDAP authentication. Make sure it is working.
2. Configure Siebel to use an external SSO and check if it is working.
3. Retain EAIObjMgr_enu for other integration purposes using DB authentiation and clone this object manager as BIPEAILDAPObjMgr_enu to use LDAP authentication solely for BIPublisher integration.
4. Check to see if the reports integration is working.
