Siebel Open UI Application access issues on certain iOS devices from browser - 'Safari Cannot open the page because the server stopped responding'

On : 22.214.171.124  version, Client Functionality / System Administration
On a Production environment, when trying to connect to Siebel Open UI (Field Service) application from iOS Tablet with Safari and Chrome Browsers, the following errors are seen:
(Note: Same URL works fine from Android Mobile devices)
* Safari browser:
Safari Cannot open the page because the server stopped responding.
* Chrome browser:
This Site can't be reached.
The issue could be reproduced at will in Customer's environment with the following steps:
1. Test accessing same Siebel Open UI app URL (generic desktop one, not mobile specific necessarily) from various Mobile devices (iOS and Android) and mobile browsers (Safari, Chrome etc);
2. Notice the errors for iOS devices - from both Safari and Chrome
3. Notice that in similar conditions (network connection, URL used) the Android devices (- with Chrome browser) are able to connect to the server.
IMPACT - Due to this issue, some Siebel field users cannot use/access the client properly using those iOS devices (not all affected, only part of those).
