Information in this document applies to any platform.
Outbound calls from Siebel to external system such as EAI HTTP Transport service call and outbound web service calls are failing after third party application side updated their TLS version requirements from V1.0 or V1.1 to V1.2.
Following errors are reported:
TLS was changed in target system
