DROP DOWN DO NOT WORK ON CHROME

In Chrome 76, The dropdown icon does not show correctly (shows as a plain text field)
The same works fine in other browsers
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Service Request screen
3. Click on the dropdown field "Type"
Observe that the dropdown field shows as a simple text field
