How To Change Row Color Based On A Value In A Specific Column In List Applet?

Steps from bookshelf:
1. Go to Revenue Analysis List Applet
Create a calculated field named "Record State" with the following calculated expression: [revenue > 500]

2. Go to Revenue Analysis List Applet
Add the "Record State" List Column

3) Configure the Presentation Model property, Go to Applet User Property
Add below 4 user Properties:

Name: Record State field
Value: Record State
Name: true
Value: siebui-row-good-revenue
Name: false
Name: siebui-row-avg-revenue
Name: ClientPMUserProp
Value: Record State Field, true, false

4) Expose the field "Record State" on UI in "Revenue Analysis List Applet" using EditWeblayout Editor in Webtools

5) Navigate to custom.css file under (...Siebel\applicationcontainer\webapps\siebel\files\custom) and add below:

.siebui-row-good-revenue {background:#ffffff;}
.siebui-row-avg-revenue {background:#c8d657;}

6) Clear cache browser and login into Application.
Navigate to "Revenue Analysis List Applet"
there is two records that has Revenue = 300 and Revenue = 50,000
Colors are NOT displayed based on condition.
