Symptoms



When attempting to setup Siebel environment in OCI cloud the following error occurs.

Exited with error 65535


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Siebel environment in OCI cloud.
2. Try to add add Siebel server .
