Symptoms

 

When attempting to login to any application (FRA or ENU), the following error occurs:




Changes

 This environment has ENU and FRA applications. After upgrade to IP2017  ENU is coming up fine however FRA was not due to missing information for FRA on RR tables.

The following has been executed: flatten (as there was some development done after upgrade), fullpublish and enableworkspace.
