In Siebel IP2016 when attempting to change the status of a Service Request to Closed, the following error occurs.

[1]Wrong field values or value types detected in field Status. Please re-enter your field values. If you need additional assistance, please refer to the documentation. (SBL-UIF-00299)
[2]Error invoking service 'name of Business Service', method 'method name' at step step name'. (SBL-BPR-00162)
[3]The method 'method name' is not supported on Business Service 'name of Business Service'. (SBL-DAT-00323)
