Users experience serious Outlook performance issue if "Outlook to Siebel Drag and Drop" Add-In is activated in Outlook

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 Install SODD 2.18.7 on Windows 10 client

2.Observe the Drag and Drop functionality with SODD on Outlook 365

3.Observed Microsoft Outlook performance issues faced

4.Test the issue with out SODD

Note: Without SODD drag and drop functionality is working fine with Outlook 365
