Attachments/Exports Files Flagged As Malware When Trying To Download From Siebel Applications (Doc ID 2619008.1)

Symptoms

 

On : 17.5 [IP2017] version, Client Functionality

Customer reported that they are unable to download attachments or any export files from list applets.

Chrome is blocking the files from being downloaded and gives the below error:

"This file is dangerous, so chrome has blocked it."

The issue is reproducible on both older and latest versions of chrome. This issue was not noticed on Internet Explorer.
