Symptoms
After the installation of Siebel 19.8 Update the Tomcat service for AI and SES are taking more than one minute to shutdown.
This was not happening earlier on 19.7.
In Unix environment, when stopping the Tomcat service using applicationcontainer/bin/shutdown.sh, you will the following message in console
org.apache.catalina.startup.Catalina stopServer
SEVERE: Error stopping Catalina
