Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.7 [21238] version, Order Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Brazil decided to not implement daylight savings time this year.

Siebel was updated accordingly and Siebel logs are showing the correct timezone but logs generated by the JVM, such as JMS logs are still showing the time as if daylight savings time is in effect.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
That the correct timezone would be displayed.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view their information in the correct timezone.
