On : 16.0 [IP2016] version, Client Functionality
Validation error is not displayed for Date fields if year is not provided
1. Navigate to Sales order Screen-Go to line items
2. Create new line item with effective date as 10/10
3. Step out of the field.
4. Application doesn't show the 'Invalid date' validation error instead it resolves the date to current year.
