Goal

For running an upgrade from one of the Siebel Innovation Packs to latest Siebel version with Application server on Linux/Unix OS, below questions were raised:

1. Siebel Linux tools and webclient jar files are not available to download and this is blocking upgrade process and impacting timeline. Can you please let us know URL to download IP2017 / IP2019 Tools,webclient URL for Linux servers?

 2. For running upgrade with Siebel on Linux/Unix OS, do we still need windows server for this or we can run using Linux/Unix?

 3. We have all Linux/Unix servers environment but there is one document server (Windows), where we have installed Siebel Tools for IRM process. Now we need to know what Oracle recommends in this case. Should we run upgrep/upgphys process also from this windows box or should we run upgrep/upgphys from Linux box?

4. How to execute IRM merge process when servers OS is Unix as Siebel tools need to install in windows OS ?
