Loyalty Batch Engine Tiers Crashing When Reaching Maximum Process Size When Processing 'Re-Qualify Tier'

The Loyalty Tier engine is crashing when processing Tiers, due to memory increasing past the 2GB or 4GB limit respective of the Operating system, causing a crash
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start the Tier engine
2. The batch engine runs reviewing for records to be processed
3. After approximately 6-12 hours, the tier engine crashes
4. The memory was analysed, each time a tier record was processed, the memory increased and did not drop after the record was processed. The process identified was 're-qualify tier'
