Goal

Customer is using Siebel CRM 19.7 Update and want to know how they can create a button to download all the attachments present against a parent record (SR, Communication, Quote).

Currently they user needs to click on the attachment hyperlink an then click on Download button on the pop up windows for each file they want to download on the list..
Siebel users want to be able to click on a single button that would download all files, similar to MS Outlook option to Save All.

Is this possible via Siebel custom Configuration or via Open UI?
