On : 19.x version, System Admin

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
DB2 z/OS Hanging thread on login was observed. Customer was seeing additional 'hanging' threads on the DB2 z/OS database in our development system since upgrade to 19.2, and now 19.3. The DB2 z/OS system is sensitive to the number of open hanging threads, it is essential for stability of Siebel that it does not leave them and causing login issues.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

There should be no hanging DB2 threads

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Applied 19.2/19.3 over 19.1
2. Check to see if there are any open DB2 threads
