View Is Not Rendering Correctly In Siebel 19 Patchset 10 (Doc ID 2623795.1)

Symptoms


View is not rendering correctly in Siebel 19.10 after upgrade from IP16.19 when the data is changed  in a specific applet, and then modify information in other applet

Steps:

1. Open Call Center
2. Drilldown on My Activities from Home
3. Drilldown on one Activity
4. Make sure there are some attachments added in the first child applet
5. Make a change in Comments column ( Attachments ) > click on the next row > Application refreshes and goes blank ( page is not responding, and a back action is needed or a refresh ).
6. Refresh the page > make a change again but force the record to be saved with CTRL+S > Application refreshes correctly when navigating to the next record in Attachments
