CTI Hoteling - Siebel 19.7
Customer setup hoteling with loadbalancer in 19.7. While trying to access communication panel they are getting below error
Communication: User '<User ID>' has no teleset extension.(SBL-CSR-00314)"
In scomm log it is getting ip of LB instead of client machine.
