Error SBL-DAT-00362 When Selecting a Parent LOV with the LIC Larger Then 30 Characters (Doc ID 2624321.1)

For each "List of Values" (LOV) record, you can associate another LOV as a parent of that particular record. However, error SBL-DAT-00362 occurs when selecting a parent LOV with the "Language Independent Code" (LIC) being larger then 30 characters. The following error occurs.

SBL-DAT-00362: Data value for field 'Sub Type' is larger than the limit 30 defined in the database.

As per the vanilla configuration, the SUB_TYPE column is populated with the Value of the NAME column of the parent record LOV's LIC when the "Parent LIC" field is selected, but that column is a varchar(30) and the NAME column is a varchar(50). The Sub Type field/Column is already adjusted to accept 50 chars (since 2015) and on IP13 it is working fine.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create two LOVs, ie LOV1 and LOV2.
2. For LOV2, give it a LIC that is over 30 characers long.
3. For LOV1, in the 'Parent' field, open the pick applet and select 'LOV2' as the parent LOV.

The impact of the issue is that Administrators are unable to set Parent LIC if name is longer than 30 chars.
