ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Session logs in with Anon User on session timeout in SSO implemented design

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Session should not login with Anon User .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced using below steps

1. Setup Siebel Application with Session Timeout value in AI to a value.
2. Setup SSO Timeout Session and do not setup a value same as the Session timeout in AI and check to see if the session times out and whether the user is automatically logged in as Anonymous user.
