Symptoms



Unable to launch the Siebel Application login page. When accessing the Siebel application the page remains blank and spinning icon remains.

In Object Manager log it is seen the same error message repeating while this is happening:

Also when viewing developer console in the browser when reproducing, the requests continuously refresh but nothing is happening to load the application.
