Information in this document applies to any platform.
The user has reported that when a password has changed or expire. For some reason, CRM Desktop doesn't popup the dialog message to re-insert the username and password as expected. The following error message below was capture on CRM Desktop log and Siebel Server EAI log:
The behavior started after upgrade to Siebel CRM 17.0 or higher versions up to Siebel CRM 20.4 Update
