Full Migration/Incremental Migration Does Not Work When The Workspace has "." In The Name

Symptoms
STEPS
===========
- Created an Integration Workspace in the Siebel tools with a Name having "." for example int_test_19.11.01.
- Under this Integration Workspace create another Workspace with similar style name for example dev_sadmin_test.19.11.01.00
- Make some changes to an object and deliver it to the INT WS created in step 1.
- Login into the Migration Application.
- Created a New Migration Plan and make sure the workspace detail is pointing to the INT WS created in step 1.
- Execute the Migration.
- It fails in the FullSeedExport Operation and when checked the seedexport log file found following error
