Siebel Mobile: On Screen Refresh the 9 dots / grid Menu Icon May Dissappear Intermitently

Siebel Mobile Specific - on version: 18.7
Current reported Behaviour: In the Siebel Mobile (Container) App, there should be normally a 9 Dots / Grid menu icon on the right-upper corner of the App which has the options of Refresh, Attach and Home.
The problem is that this 9 Dots icon disappears sometimes after doing a Refresh using the option in that menu itself.
Below is the Apple device matrix where this issue was observed:

Expectation would be that icon should be displayed in the Toolbar even after a refresh or navigation to another view.
(NOTE that icon would only appear for the Siebel Mobile (MAF) application installed on mobile devices, not for the scenario when the Siebel Mobile is accessed from a browser session.)
Steps to replicate the issue
1. Start Mobile application;
2. Navigate to various views;
3. Use that menu / 9 Dots icon to do a Refresh of that page - and check if this is still displayed after refresh completes.
Due to this issue, Mobile users cannot always rely on that 9 Dots menu / icon.
