Siebel Sales Product Customize Button displays a blank page (Doc ID 2627990.1)

After upgrading from Siebel 782 to a Open UI IP 2016, the Order Line Items "Customize" button that works in Siebel 782 is giving a blank screen when initiated in IP 2016 version.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In Orders > Line Items click in Customize
